Owatonna finally gets great sushi !!! No more driving to the Twin Cities. Great Job !

Welcome to Owatonna! Enjoyed to food and the redecorated decore. I love sushi anyway, but you have a way of making the plate beautiful as well as appetizing. Everything we had was wonderful. Hope your business flourishes so you will stick around.

We visited on their opening night and the food was delicious! Our meal started with some edamame and a seaweed salad that had just the right amount of ponzu sauce on it. Yummy! The chicken yakitori was tender, and then the sushi rolls were delicious and very fresh. We got the AAC roll (avocado, asparagus and cucumber) and the Mizuki Fusion Roll. The presentation was beautiful and the fish was so fresh and not 'fishy' at all. This is perhaps some of the best sushi I have had outside of Japan (where I used to live) and rivals my hometown neighborhood of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles! Welcome to Owatonna. We will definitely be back. I want to try the sukiyaki next...
